Ordering

Placing an order with ToDryFor.com is both easy and secure.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can choose to place an order online, using Google Wallet or Paypal, or over the phone during our office hours.

Ordering by phone

Simply give us a bell on +44 (0)845 652 9274 during our office hours (9am - 5:30pm GMT Monday to Friday). Alternatively, you can email us with your contact telephone number and we will ring you straight back.

Ordering online

Choose the products you want to order by browsing the site and clicking 'Add To Cart'.
Adjust and Confirm your order by clicking on the 'View Cart' tab at any time during the shopping process. You can also add promotional codes while viewing your cart. Each modification will recalculate your order costs.
Paying for your order is easy! When you are ready to purchase your items, click either the Google Wallet or Paypal button on the cart page. This will take you to the Google Wallet or Paypal pages to allow you make your payment securely.
Registering with Google Wallet or Paypal is simple, and you only need to ever do this once. If you have already registered with Google or Paypal previously, you can use your existing account to link your payment and order details. Enter the basic information as requested, and you are nearly done.
Confirm and Pay for your order once you are happy with it.

Q: How secure is shopping with ToDryFor.com?

A: Your security is our top priority!

We use Google Wallet or Paypal for all online orders to ensure the highest security possible for our customers. Using this method we don't even see your credit card details - this is all stored and managed by Google or Paypal.

If choosing to order by phone, we input your card details directly into a Barclaycard PDQ Terminal, offering a safe and secure way of taking sensitive information. Using this payment method we accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo, JCB and Maestro.

Q: Can I still place an order without creating a Paypal or Google Wallet account?

A: We completely understand that not everyone wants to create accounts with Paypal or Google to place orders. If you would rather not do this then there are two options. If you'd like to place your order online, select Paypal on the shopping cart page. Once on the Paypal page, select 'Don't have a Paypal account?' and complete your order as a Paypal guest. This method means you don't have to create a Paypal account, but you can place the order online using the Paypal secure servers. The second option is to give us a call and we will process your order over the phone.


Delivery

Q: How much does postage cost?

A: Postage costs are as follows:
For the UK: Postage is £1 per tea towel, and free when you order 3 or more tea towels.
For Europe: Postage is £1.50 per tea towel.
For everywhere else: Postage is £2 per tea towel.

Q: How does the free postage work?

A: It's easy! The free delivery applies to orders within the UK, which consist of 3 or more tea towels. If your order qualifies then we will deliver your order for free!

Q: Do you deliver products internationally?

A: Yes we do! We will happily deliver our products anywhere in the world. If you have any questions about this, visit the contact us page and send us an email.

Q: How do you deliver orders?

A: We use Royal Mail to send out your order, as follows:

UK:
Orders up to the value of £50 - First Class (normally delivered next working day from dispatch)
Orders over the value of £50 - First Class: Recorded Signed For (requires signature on delivery)
Orders over the value of £100 - Special Delivery Next Day (guaranteed delivery before 1.00pm the next working day from dispatch - requires signature on delivery)

Europe and Rest of World:
Orders between 1-3 tea towels - Airmail
Orders of 4 tea towels or more - Airsure (to selected destinations) or International Signed For

Q: Can you deliver urgently?

A: We don't as standard, but we are sure that any special delivery requirements you have can be accommodated. Visit the contact us page and simply get in touch to let us know what your requirements are.

Q: I think my product(s) got lost in the post, what do I do?

A: Visit the contact us page and send us an email with your order number so that we can try and track down where your order got to. We will be in touch with you shortly afterwards to let you know what to do.

Q: I have just placed an order - when will it be shipped?

A: Provided the items you have purchased are in stock we will do our utmost to ensure that your order is shipped within 2 working days of order placement. We use Google Wallet and Paypal order tracking to help notify you of your order shipping status - keep an eye on your account to see when your order is shipped.



Returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from ToDryFor.com. However, we understand that there are times when you will need to return items to us. We have tried to make this as easy and as hassle free as possible for you.

Q: How do I return a faulty item?

A: Visit our contact us page and send us an email to let us know that you are returning an item, and the reason for returning it. We will reply with instructions and address details for returning the product. This will ensure that we can deal with your return as quickly as possible, and if necessary refund or replace your purchase once we receive the item back into stock. You have 28 days from receiving the item to tell us about the fault, but the sooner the better. Any postage costs associated with returning your order will also be refunded.

Q: How do I return an item I no longer want?

A: If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the EU Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Visit our contact us page and send us an email to let us know that you are returning an item, and the reason for returning. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once we receive the item back into stock, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.



General Questions

Q: Do I need to do anything to my tea towel before I use it?

A: We recommend that before you use your tea towel for the first time, you put it through the wash at least once. This will soften up the material, and make it more absorbent. If you just want to hang the towel to make your kitchen look pretty then there is no need to do this!
