If you're ever tempted to cook a goose, let me give you a word of warning...they shrink in the oven! My mum once decided to ditch the traditional Christmas turkey and cook goose instead and although very tasty, you may need to pop to the Co-op for a peperami afterwards...However, this delightful tea towel is about the living bird, and very beautiful she is too!
